    • We accept returns for damaged or defective items only if the error is due to our end. For any other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect size/color ordered, the cost of return will be shouldered by the buyer.

    • Customers must report any issues with their order within 15 days from the date of receiving the order.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 15-day timeframe. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

  5. Clearance Items:

    • All items marked as clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  7. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider's policies.

  8. Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
